We begin with a safety and equipment briefing on land. Then we hit the water to learn basic SUP techniques such as how to get on and off the board, how to hold the paddle, standing on the board, paddeling techniques, turning, stoping and how to fall off safely! We also make a short paddling tour with tips from your instructor. Then you have 30 mins free paddling to practice and enjoy your new found skills! Sessions are in the mornings or early evening.

Enjoy an amazing and serene guided SUP tour and experience all of nature’s beautiful surroundings from the water. A SUP Tour enables you to enjoy the lake itself from another perspective. SUP River Tours are also available on the Inn and Isar. SUP experience is necessary for SUP River Tours. Ask us how we can taylor a SUP adventure that suits you!

SUP n Movement – 90 mins (incl. 30 mins free paddling). Combining various elements and techniques focussing on the body, breathing and movement both on land and water. Experience the gentle movement of the water beneath the board and allow the mind and body to unwind and relax immersed in beautiful natural surroundings. No experience necessary and sessions are either in the mornings or early evening when the water is quieter.

What to bring

  • Bathing clothes (T shirt and hat/cap (if very hot), If you wear glasses or want to wear sunglasses please attach a safety string to them so that they do not sink when falling in water!)
  • For SUP Somatics: Comfort is key! Sports top / leggings, shorts that are stretchy to easily move around on board and suitable for the weather conditions)
